Before the foundation of Hong Kong, the Aberdeen/Ap Lei Chau in the southern district of Hong Kong has been inhabited by early aborigines and fishermen. This group will take you on a stroll along Ap Lei Chau Main Street and the waterfront to learn about the relationship between fishermen and Aberdeen. You will also take different traditional transportation at sea, such as sampans and kaito ferry to shuttle between the Aberdeen typhoon shelter and the waters of East Lamma and gain an in-depth understanding of the different Hong Kong fishermen's culture by land and sea.

09:45 - Gather at Ap Lei Chau - MTR Lei Tung Station (South Island Line) Exit A1 Concourse

10:00 - Stroll along Ap Lei Chau Main Street, visit the Hung Shing Temple, Dragon Boat

10:30 - Take a traditional sampan to Aberdeen | Take a slow tour of the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, learn about the types of fish market and surrounding boats, the scope of daily work and the process of offshore operations, and visit the waterfront of Aberdeen

11:00 - Take Chuan Kee Ferry to Sok Kwu Wan, Lamma Island

11:45 - Taste [Lamma Rainbow Seafood Restaurant] seafood lunch under the view of Sok Kwu Wan fishing village

13:00 - Roaming Sok Kwu Wan Souvenir Street

13:30 - Visit Lamma Fishervolk's Village

14:45 - On board | Take Rainbow VIP boat to return Central / Tsim Sha Tsui
